It’s been 3 months since I began teaching Essentrics as Level 1 Instructor and what an exciting experience it has been. I am overwhelmed with the responses I have received from my clients. I too, have received many benefits from Essentrics . I am holding classes 5 days a week and enjoying every minute. I am ready to go for my next certification, which is level 2. I plan to have it completed by early spring.
I feel like I have my body back. Well, you say, where has it been? You see, I saved my body everyday so I could teach Jazzercise, a program I did for 30 years. I loved Jazzercise, but it was not fixing my body so it could perform at its highest level. Now it's reversed. I am stronger, more flexible, energized, have more stamina, endurance and feel younger. When you feel young, it automatically puts pep in your step. The more you do Essentrics, the better your body will feel. You will become comfortable in your body and feel younger. You should feel young no matter how old you are. Our bodies are brilliant living machines.
I am excited for 2016 to arrive and embrace all it has to offer. I am so thankful that I get to follow my passion in giving back to people, showing how they can reclaim their bodies and health through Essentrics training. As I say goodbye to 2015 I am also thankful for the PBS station because that is how I found Essentrics. Thank you Miranda Esmonde-White for your passion in helping others to reclaim their bodies through this program.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
