Dorothy asked that I share her story and I am so happy to do so. Here it goes.........
She thought she was strong enough and flexible to just stop practicing Essentrics for a while after she moved to Florida from Denver NC. One day she went to grocery store with her hubby. She couldn’t get out of the car, it was like her hips were frozen. She finally was able to get out of car with her husbands help and she leaned on the buggy to do her shopping. She thought to herself, I need to get back to Essentrics. Immediately she tuned in to Classical Stretch on PBS and within days she was so much better. She now has lots of DVD’s, (no Essentrics classes near her in her city) and will not miss a day of Essentrics to keep her body and mind moving. And did I mention she is 81 years young. So happy to be a part of her aging backwards. Really miss her in our classes. She came 5 days a week for 2 years when she lived in Denver NC. Dorothy wants you all to know to choose Essentrics as your program, stick with it because it will change your life for the better and save it like it has hers.
