This summer has been fun planning pop up classes! From the Garden to Lake Norman. We had to to say goodbye to one of our friends, Dorothy, in the front. We will miss Dorothy, she attended class 5 days a week @ 80 years young. What an amazing job she did to keep her body in great health and reverse aging. It's never to late to start reversing the aging process. As you can tell by all these ladies, they are vibrant and healthy and loving what Essentrics does for them. I love following my passion, the best job, ever!
